not happy with services- 1. litter box was not kept up with. while i didn't expect it to be 100% cleaned, i did expect poop and pee to be scooped. it looked like litter was just dumped on top and nothing was really scooped. 2. used packets of wet food were left INSIDE the bathroom cabinet, why??? we have trash bags in that same cabinet, and there's a pet disposal at the bottom of the stairs. 3. i do not think food was portioned correctly. there was a LOT of dry food left, but that bag should have been empty as they get the same amount each day per cat and the scoop is included in the bag. 4. our front door key and fob were left under our mat. it was left there to be picked up and kept so that sitters could get through the gated entry. instead, it was left under our front door mat for hours unsupervised. anybody could have taken that and gotten inside at any time. 5. detailed instructions were left on food portions, litter box care, etc. and were not followed. 6. cabinet with cleaning supplies were left open. luckily our cats are not that adventurous, but if they were this could have been a safety concern. 7. toilet seat lid was left up which means it was used. while this isn't really an issue, please return things how they were. we keep the lids closed because it's gross and while our cats are home alone we don't want any freak accidents. 8. not much of an update was given in rover cards which was disheartening as we love to get updates about our babies and how they're doing. 9. the time i requested for drop ins was not followed upon first visit. i reminded sitter and she was receptive to this, then came at the appropriate times which i appreciated. just overall bummed by the services provided. we are very chill individuals and have pretty chill kitties, but we love them like children and expect them to be cared for in the way that we asked.
