I've been around/taken care of/owned pets since I can remember myself. Hi, I'm Karina, 39 yo pet sitter/care-taker based in Zurich. I have plenty experience taking care of dogs and cats, from owning to fostering to checking in/walking/sitting for friends, family, and institutions, including training puppies in the framework of guidance dogs for the blind/special needs persons. I will provide the utmost dedicated and attentive care for your pet, tending to each pet's particular needs while we will also have fun playing and goofing around. My schedule is flexible during the weekdays and weekends and because of this I can also provide service on a regular basis. ----------------------------------------------------- Ich kümmere mich um Haustiere, seit ich denken kann – ich bin mit ihnen aufgewachsen und habe sie betreut sowie selbst gehalten. Hallo, ich bin Karina, 39 Jahre alt, und arbeite als Tierbetreuerin/Tiersitterin in Zürich. Ich habe umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Hunden und Katzen – vom eigenen Halten über Pflegestellen (Fostering) bis hin zu Besuchen, Spaziergängen und Betreuung für Freunde, Familie und Organisationen. Dazu gehört auch die Ausbildung von Welpen im Rahmen von Assistenzhundeprogrammen für blinde oder beeinträchtigte Menschen. Ich biete Ihrem Haustier eine besonders engagierte und aufmerksame Betreuung und gehe individuell auf seine Bedürfnisse ein – dabei kommt natürlich auch das Spielen und Herumalbern nicht zu kurz. Mein Zeitplan ist sowohl unter der Woche als auch am Wochenende flexibel, sodass ich auch regelmäßig Einsätze übernehmen kann.

When I sit for a pet, I provide them with all the care, attention and love that they need. Beyond regular feeding, exercise, and playtime, I also take into strict account any special instructions from the owner, such as dietary needs, medication, or preferred routines. When we go for a walk your dog’s safety is my priority! I provide focused, distraction-free walks, completely focused on your dog and the environment to prevent any unplanned interactions. I use secure leashing and strictly follow your specific handling instructions. ---------------------------------------------------- Wenn ich ein Haustier betreue, gebe ich ihm all die Fürsorge, Aufmerksamkeit und Zuwendung, die es braucht. Neben der regelmäßigen Fütterung, Bewegung und Spielzeit berücksichtige ich auch sorgfältig alle besonderen Anweisungen der Besitzer, wie etwa spezielle Ernährungsbedürfnisse, Medikamente oder bevorzugte Routinen. Bei Spaziergängen steht die Sicherheit Ihres Hundes für mich an erster Stelle! Ich sorge für konzentrierte, ablenkungsfreie Spaziergänge, bei denen ich meine volle Aufmerksamkeit auf Ihren Hund und die Umgebung richte, um ungeplante Begegnungen zu vermeiden. Ich verwende eine sichere Leinenführung und halte mich strikt an Ihre individuellen Anweisungen im Umgang mit Ihrem Hund.

Karina took care of our two cats during our last holidays. I am really satisfied of her service and I would definitely recommend her. She is reliable, communicative, flexible and she immediately reacted to emergency when the cats spilled the full fountain water on the floor. During our absence the cats were fed, cuddled and kept clean. Karina even made sure our apartment was not under complete mess with cat hair and litter sand. This was really appreciated :-) She also made sure our plants were watered. Thank you!
Karina diligently took care of our 5 year old dog, Kiki, for 5 days. She was incredibly thorough and polite, and kept us updated on Kiki during our trip to keep us at ease. Additionally, she left our apartment in perfect order. Thank you Karina!
Karina took wonderful care of our cat while we were away. She stayed overnight, followed all of our instructions carefully, and sent thoughtful updates with lots of photos every morning and evening, which gave us real peace of mind. We came home to a spotless apartment and a very happy cat. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily book Karina again. Highly recommended!
I would absolutely recommend Karina to anyone and would book her again without hesitation. She was incredibly reliable, very communicative, and took amazing care of my two cats. I always felt reassured knowing they were in such good hands. She even went above and beyond by vacuuming the apartment and watering my plants, which was such a thoughtful surprise. Schedule
I'm currently taking some time off from mundane office jobs to reconnect with my love for animals. I'm very flexible during the week and weekend. --------------------------------------------------- Ich nehme mir derzeit eine Auszeit von routinemäßigen Bürojobs, um mich wieder meiner Liebe zu Tieren zu widmen.
