At our Premium Bed & Biscuit, your pup receives focused, individualized care in a calm, beautifully maintained home environment designed to feel like their own — only with a little extra pampering. To maintain this level of care, we intentionally accept only a small number of guests at a time. Reservations are first-come, first-served and tend to book early. Meet-and-Greets are required prior to booking and are reserved for serious inquiries who value a premium, attentive experience. 🏡 The Environment I am a professional artist and musician and who works from home full-time. My sister, Linda, lives with us, creating a dedicated two-person care team. Your pup will always be our top priority. Our home offers: • A clean, healthy, non-smoking environment • A safe and lovely neighborhood setting • Central air & heat for year-round comfort • An environmentally conscious household • Filtered water & organic treats Dogs sleep inside our home and are part of our daily rhythm — not kenneled or isolated. We provide 24/7 companionship and constant supervision. Your pup is never left alone except when absolutely necessary — and only briefly. 🌿 The Garden Experience Your dog will enjoy a large, fully fenced, park-like garden complete with mature shade trees, open grass for play, and secure gated access in both the front and back yard. Features include: • Fully fenced secure property • Gated front yard • Dog door access to backyard • Room for supervised Frisbee & Chuck-it games • Scent work & hide-and-seek enrichment • Kiddie pools in summer for safe water play Whether chasing squirrels, lounging in the shade, or retrieving tennis balls, your pup’s mind and body will stay happily engaged. 🐶 Socialization & Daily Life Our gentle Golden Retriever is a seasoned host who enjoys welcoming carefully matched friends for relaxed play and cozy “slumber parties.” Every guest is treated like family. We lavish them with love, structured play, calm downtime, and positive affirmation training. You’ll receive regular “pupdates” with photos and videos so you can relax knowing your pup is thriving. 📅 Business Details Business hours: 9am–6pm daily Check-out time: Noon the following day If pickup is needed after noon, daycare may apply — please let us know your needs in advance. Collars & ID tags with current contact information are required at all times. 🩺 Health & Behavior Requirements To ensure a safe and harmonious environment for all: • Dogs must be in good general health • No coughing, sneezing, vomiting, or diarrhea within 72 hours • Must be current on core vaccinations, rabies, flea prevention • Copy of vaccination records required (including canine flu & Leptospirosis) • Must be spayed/neutered • No females in heat We cannot accept dogs who: • Show dominance or aggression • Do not play well with others • Are aggressive toward humans or dogs • Do not obey basic commands Dogs must: • Be outdoor potty trained • Not dig, jump fences, or counter surf • Know sit, down, stay, come, off, and leave it Meet-and-Greet required.
