My schedule is wide open, unless otherwise stated in the calendar. My homebase is in Santa Maria, but I am willing to travel and service areas as far as Paso Robles, Atascadero, San Luis Obispo, Pismo Beach, Arroyo Grande, and the places between. Including Solvang, Buellton, and Santa Ynez. If you do have questions about something more specific or time frames that are more specific to your needs please feel free to reach out. Hello my name is Karen, I’m happy to help you with pet care arrangements. I myself have relied on Rover for times I needed to be away. I understand what pet parents may need and understand that sometimes this role needs to go above and beyond to make sure your pets are being cared for. Overall, I always had a pet in the home from childhood to adulthood. Giving me over 25 years of pet care responsibilities. Currently I am a pet parent to a German Shepherd, Dax, and black house cat, Kenny. I am observant of pet body language and in-tune with pet needs. My pets have ranged from outdoor kitties to leash reactive large breeds. I have used oral medicine and topical medicine, and am comfortable with pets post-surgery as well. Being away from your pet is difficult, I’m here to ease that worry for you. Again, I’m happy to help you for brief visits or extended periods. Please feel free to reach out and see if we can work together. 🐾❤️ This service requires trust and dependability, something that I can definitely deliver.

’ve known Karen for a long time, and she’s truly one of the most dependable people in my life. She has such a natural attentiveness and care when it comes to animals, and she treats every pet like her own. I’ve seen firsthand how much care Karen puts into her own pets, Kenny and Dax. She is incredibly patient with her rescue cat and knows exactly how to handle her high-energy German Shepherd. She treats animals with a lot of respect and is always hyper-aware of their safety and well-being.
