Reasonably priced and accommodating on the pick-up at the end of the stay. However, the communication was poor. Instead of asking up front if I had a crate for my dog, Karen waited until right before I left my house to ask. She provided zero info on the building and parking garage at her complex, so I parked in the wrong spot. And she failed to tell me that she was rushing to get to work so the awkward hand-off in her parking garage was less than ideal. She provided no pics or updates during my dog's 1-week stay and only briefly responded when I asked for an update. When I brought Dude home, he was extremely hungry and thirsty. I don't think he has sufficient access to food and water.

Karen was really good and flexible with scheduling and all I appreciate that and would use her again.
