My garden is just waiting for doggy playtime
We lost our rescue Springer Spaniel Roxy in December. She was with us for 13 years and when we rescued her she was over weight, had hip problems and was scared of men. Soon she was slim, learnt how to swim and won a rosette for best rescue dog at a local country show. She loved walking in the woods close to use and the beach walks we took her on and we miss the joy she brought to us on those days. The house is quiet and whilst we are not yet ready to replace her we would love to share some of our love with a few furry guests. I sometimes also look after my friends black lab called Misty who is a tea drinking nutcase!!

Karen was very welcoming for Rosa and put her at ease straight away. Rosa had a fabulous time and was super excited when we had to drop something round after her stay so obviously wants to go back again.
Karen took care of my cocker spaniel last minute. He had a brilliant time with her and was exhausted when he got home. She is easy to talk to and replies quickly.
Karen has been fabulous as always! Fergus loves spending the day with Karen and her partner. He literally drags my arm out of its socket as I’m walking up towards the back door.
Karen was very welcoming and accommodating for Harley. She made him feel at ease straight away and it looks like he had such a good time with Karen. I would definitely recommend Karen and if we return will definitely book Karen again. Thank you Karen for looking after Harley so well
Karen looked after our very energetic collies during a very hot week in September. She took them on lots of walks, looked after them so well, sending us photos as the week developed and bore their various foibles with great patience!
Karen was brilliant, we met her prior to our dogs stay and when we turned up to drop him off he was excited to see her again. Karen sent us some photos during the stay and it looked like Jensen was having an amazing time. He was well looked after and loved being there. We will definitely be using Karen again.

Dates de la garde
I work for myself and most of the time from home. If it was necessary for me to have to work from a Clients premises for a day this would be scheduled in advance so I would not take on a dog whose stay would be affected by this. In the case of an emergency however my husband Mark is able to work from home or has even been known to take Roxy in to his office for different tickles!

We have a large garden which is fenced and entrances fitted with gates. Any pet we care for would have free reign of this space. Depending on the needs of the dog we would walk it as often as requested and keeps it's mealtime routine. we were always strict with treats for Roxy but again would adapt to the owners requests
