A dog is unconditional ❤️ FUN Fact/Saying for JUNE: Pet Appreciation Week (PAW) is observed during the first week of June (7–13) to celebrate the bond between owners and pets. Enjoy your pup(s). Hello and welcome to my site. I am located in the easy to access Village of Bosque Farms, which is in the midst of all the surrounding areas: Albuquerque and Isleta to the north and Peralta, Los Lunas, Tome, and Belen to the south. My home sits on 21/2acres, fully fenced, with 2 indoor/outdoor kennel runs and a cute Dog House (please see photos). I so look forward to having the joy of your pup(s) at my home. I am a retired teacher and now work from my home office for our construction company. I am home the majority of the day with plenty of time to interact with your pup through play or just loving on them. There are multiple play areas on the property. The property has old, mature evergreens and cottonwoods along with various other trees which provide for ample shade. A lush, green oasis in the midst of the desert to romp and roll in (please view photos). My guests enjoy plenty of free outside time with multiple activities offered: water play, toys, free runs or a good game of fetch. There are also farm animals (chickens and cows) in a separate and secure area for them to view. I have always had dogs: different sizes, breeds, temperaments. I have three dogs of my own. They are very socialized. My three big boys have all passed their Canine Good Citizen test. I participate in obedience and agility with my boys. I do require a meet and greet prior to your dogs stay. For boarding, I like to do meet and greets at my home as you can see for yourself the environment your pet will be in. Our daily routines are pretty set. I believe the dogs thrive on the consistency. I feed once or twice per day according to owners preference. Guest dogs are fed separately from my own. Guest dogs are both inside and out during the day. At night your dog has the option of sleeping in a crate, the dog house or the dog run. Please feel free to bring your dogs favorite toy, blanket, etc. I do require owners to bring the dogs own food, as changing diets can cause stomach issues. Boarding is a 24 hour period (so pick up needs to be scheduled as the same time as drop off) or an additional fee will need to be added. Drop off/Pick up hours - 7 am to 7 pm I also require owners to bring proof of current shots and complete a permission to treat/veterinarian authorization form. My goal is to be a professional, responsible, caring pet sitter. I strive for transparency by providing open communication, and daily photos of your pet.
