Cuddles, Belly Rubs, and Walks
Dear Pet Lovers! I offer lots of individual attention for your sweet dog since I only take one small dog at a time (or two from the same family). Now retired, I live in a quiet condo area with enclosed 20 x 20 partially-covered courtyard and green commons for walks. Hanna Park is next door, intracoastal, and Austin dog park for optional field trips. Special attention, cuddles, belly/ear rubs, and brushing are all included! Special food needs are not a problem. I've been blessed with four great dogs as companions. My 15+ year old companion, Bingo, passed this spring - and I miss him dearly. Sitting for other sweet dogs will help fill the loss. Does your 'puppy' wanna come stay, play, and chill? We are looking forward to hearing from you for a weekend, or a week or more! PS Arrangements can be made for pick-up or drop-off if needed in North Beaches area.

Happea had a great stay with Karen and her dog, Chance. Karen sent photos and videos and I could tell Hap was enjoying her stay. Happea has been an only pup for over 10 years so she’s quite spoiled but Karen took the time to accommodate her every whim. Hope she’ll be invited back for another visit. Thanks Karen and thanks Chance for sharing your toys.
Karen was absolutely wonderful with my dog, Chiquita! She gave her treats, made sure she had her own bed/space, and even suggested using one of my shirts to help her feel more comfortable. Throughout our trip, she sent timely updates with texts and videos, showing how Chiquita was settling in, interacting with her dog, Chance, and adjusting to her routine. Karen is personable, kind, and I had complete peace of mind knowing Chiquita was safe, happy, and well-cared for. Highly recommend her!
Karen was a perfect host for our dog. She took great care of our little boy, even bringing him on a few field trips to local parks and a marina. Her dog, Chance, and our dog, Jax, had a blast together. My wife and I received videos almost every day, giving us peace of mind that he was in good hands while we were out of town. I would highly recommend Karen to anyone looking for a mature, quality dog sitter.

I'm retired and have most days at home, with a smattering of appointments. I do take some trips but those will be on my calendar.

I usually will have your pet out 5 times a day. Starting in the morning to late evening with a field trip in the afternoons to a park or trail, depending on the weather. My gated courtyard also has a dog door if they want to 'go out' for a bit.

walks, hang-out, sniff, and meet some of the good dogs in my neighborhood. We go out 4 times a day for a break. Afternoons include a field trip to one of our local parks and green spaces. Hanna Park, Dutton Island, Dutton Park, Jordan Park are all close! With permission, can visit the Austin small dog park.
