Karen took very good care of my dog. She provided updates about her mood, what activities she was doing, and her diet. I would have Karen watch my dog again any time.

Very disappointing experience with the care my dog received. A pit bull bit my dog in the eye, and I was NEVER notified when it happened. I was not contacted by phone or message, even after I asked how he was doing she never said Anything until I PICKED UP MY dog . Before booking, I specifically asked if there would be any other dogs present, and I was told there would only be her two small dogs. Now my dog is fighting a serious infection that may have been prevented if I had been notified immediately after the incident. I’m extremely upset by the lack of communication and transparency regarding my dog’s safety and wellbeing.
