Hi! I'm Belle! Yeah, I know what it says up there - my friends and family call me Belle and I consider my clients a part of that crowd. My pronouns are they/them. My standard rate for 24/7 in home pet care for animals with fairly typical needs is $150/night, and I have a very generous discount program for those who serve the needs of the public while qualifying for any kind of public assistance. Public safety, shelter workers, educators, and activists and artists in particular come to mind. However, for exotics and special needs animals my regular rate is $200/night. I am comfortable working with parrots and other similar birds, axolotls, ferrets, chickens, skunks, squirrels, chinchillas, sugar gliders, hedgehogs, snakes, etc. As long as it isn't venomous or prone to biting. I can manage diabetic dogs, special diets (I prepare my dog's food from scratch and I'm comfortable handling dogs on raw or home cooked diets) and if your dog needs any other kind of specialized medical care that you provide at home I'm more than likely comfortable doing so with a demonstration of the process. I'm not currently taking dogs with a history of biting, however I will work with timid rescues. I cannot manage dogs with high exercise needs or a tendency toward pulling due to an ankle injury sustained some years ago and some other minor line of duty injuries. Please do not request to book me with your doggy Olympic qualifier. I would also prefer not to sit in homes with cameras. I am a trustworthy sitter and if for some reason I am unable to provide adequate care, Rover and you will be the first to know. Otherwise your fur babies and home are in good, and reliable, hands. I try to stick to the schedule you set for your dogs but I'm not perfect - an 8AM feeding would happen sometime between 7AM and 9AM for instance, though perhaps not at 8AM on the dot. Same goes for potty breaks, though I do let the dogs kind of tell me when they need those as much as I follow any kind of set schedule. If you need someone to follow a rigidly precise schedule I may not be the right sitter. I can stick to the same ballpark as you. I've been utilizing the pandemic to evaluate this business and figure out which direction I'd like to shift.
