I am sad and disappointed that I have to write a negative review. Kahlynn was very nice and listened to the instructions for the dogs at our meet & great. I left a booklet of written instructions as well as the instructions on my Rover account. In my instructions in my booklet and on my Rover account, it says that the dogs can be left alone for 1-4 hours. Kahlynn wasn't at my house much during the day. The last day she left at 6:30 am and never returned. I finally had to text her to see if she was coming back to feed and let my dogs out. She came back at 4:00 pm and stayed for 15 minutes. I had to pay extra when I booked her stay because I had requested her to stay until 5:00 pm and she wasn't even there. My dog that is crated had peed in her crate. I knew that it wasn't a good arrangement but didn't realize how bad until my neighbors started calling me. She might stay 15 minutes at a time, then she would leave again. I understand that when someone pet/house sits that they don't stay at my house 24 hours a day. But I do expect them to respect the instructions that are left on Rover. If there are questions, they need to communicate. I have used Rover many times and have had great success with the dog sitters. I won't use Kahlynn again.

Kahlynn has watched my two dogs, a few times. The dogs warmed up to her so fast. Did so well with the puppies I had. Cleaned up after herself, brought my dogs a treat. Truly the best.

Kahlynn was the only dog sitter my two pups actually were able to warm up to. She was so caring and attentive to them. They get so excited when they see her coming to watch them and she listens to direction very well. I would highly recommend Kahlynn, for big or small dogs and will be calling her specifically from now on to watch my two pups!
