I was unfortunately disappointed with my experience. Communication felt very scattered, and overall things seemed quite unorganized throughout my dog’s stay. When I picked up my dog, the sitter was unable to locate her food and water bowls, which was concerning and made me question how organized the care environment was. Additionally, my dog came home with a noticeable odor and fleas, neither of which were issues when I dropped her off. This resulted in extra time, stress, and expense to address afterward. As a pet owner, I expect a clean, organized, and attentive environment for my dog, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations.

I would like to take time to Thank Jurkeal for the awesome care that she provided to our furry baby. We had a trip planned and literally one day prior to us leaving, we found out that our daughter was unable to watch Georgi. I was referred to Rover and began looking for a replacement. Jurkeal responded immediately to my request. We made time to meet and introduce her to Georgi and it went well. Throughout my time away we were sent photos and videos of how Georgi was doing. I would definitely use her again.
