Growing up surrounded by animals, I’ve learned that pets are more than just companions—they’re family. From caring for my many pets growing up, to helping my family raise two CNIB guide dogs for the blind, I’ve experienced firsthand the joy and responsibility that come with pet care. During my time at Western University, I also had the privilege of volunteer fostering sick and recovering cats for SALT Animal Rescue, which deepened my commitment to providing attentive, compassionate care, especially for animals in need. Over the past few years, I’ve looked after pets for many families through house-sitting, and it’s something I truly love. Whether it’s a playful walk, quiet cuddle, or keeping up with training routines, I care for each pet as if they were my own, bringing patience, warmth, and reliability to every visit. For me, pet sitting is about creating a little bit of home for them while you’re away.
