Pet care experience
I've been around animals my whole life, from big and little dogs and puppies, kittens and cats and the animals on my aunt's homestead. I put a great level of detail into the care of animals and enjoy seeing them happy and well!

I had to cancel the booking after the first night because I did not feel comfortable with Jules taking care of my dog because she did not make him company while we were away and didn’t take good care of him, from 5:30-9 she only took him out once. Then when my roommates got back home she didn't check on him at all so he was in the living room with them. The bedroom door was shut and the dog sitter didn't check on him. So eventually they just took him out for a walk, and I was hoping the dog sitter would be taking care of my dog and not my roommates. My dog didn't eat dinner and she didn't let me know about it, the only update that I got was only late at night after I sent the dog sitter a message asking her to let my dog in the bedroom because he was sniffing the door asking to come inside to sleep, I was worried about my dog all night and being away was horrible because there was so much I could do. And after explaining what went wrong Jules didn’t answer me at all. I would not recommend her as a dog sitter.
Jules took care of our dog and cat for the weekend, providing care in our home. She checked in and sent photos which was important to us since we missed our fur babies! She took care of our house like if it were her own and when we came back from our trip it was clean like we left it. We’d be happy to work with her again!
Jules was great! She took good care of our pets and sent us pictures and updates which really gives you peace of mind when away from home. I’ll for sure have her back!
This was our first time ever having a house/pet sitter and Jules was great! She helped provide some reassurance because this was scary and new for me by updating me and sending pictures whenever I asked. Thankfully the dogs and our cat loved her and they enjoyed walks and cuddles together :) Jules forgot to clean out the litter box but other than that we had food updates and behavior updates and everything so I’d highly recommend Jules! Jules also kept the house clean and gave the animals the attention they needed so they weren’t starved for it at all when we came home 👍🏽👍🏽 She was nice and reassuring when we were leaving also. She made the whole first time experience very pleasant. I am excited that we got to work with her.
