I started walking dogs at an age 12 for an elderly neighbor who had trouble walking. I walked her min pin name Bouncer :) after that I got a dog at 14 (min pin/chihuahua) named Snickers. He lived for 13 amazing years and was my best friend. Fast forward to now and I have a dog name Bonnie. She’s an imperial shi tzu and is my best friend!

Horrible service from Joshua M. I am pregnant and we had to leave to visit family for some important events happening. We are 1800 miles away from home! He decides to cancel 2 days into his obligation with us, leaving us high and dry last minute. We scheduled him for 8 days. I have cameras and was able to watch what is happening.He didn't follow feeding instructions like I asked, didn't properly put baby gate back up before leaving. He also asked if he could go to dinner with his friends after work when I'm paying him to house sit and take care of my animals. I have a senior dog who needs more attention than what I guess he could give. I prepped all of their morning feed so he didn't have to do anything but walk them in the morning.... absolutely appalled at this behavior. How could someone commit to another living being and then do this ?!?! Absolutely uncalled for. I highly do not recommend Joshua. He would nonstop contact us because he didn't pay attention or take notes while at our meet and greet. If you can't handle it, then say so. Do not commit to something if you can't follow through with it. The lives of my 2 dogs were in his hands and now I have major regrets about Joshua and rover app! I feel horrible for leaving my babies with this disgrace of a human! This guy is a real piece of work . He probably thought dog sitting was going to be easy. He just wants to do nothing and get paid for it! What a crock! Thanks a heap Joshua M.! Your service was appalling and everyone will know your name but not in a good way!!!!
I couldn't be happier with the care Josh provided for Elton. From the moment we connected, communication was easy and consistent — he kept me updated with messages and photos. Elton seemed very comfortable and well-loved in his care. I came home to a happy, relaxed pup and a clean home, which I so appreciated. Josh is responsible, kind and truly loves animals. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter!
Can’t recommend Josh enough! Second time using him and will definitely be using him anytime we’re gone and he’s available!
He was great and left our house in perfect condition. We’ve already booked our next stay with him!
Josh has taken excellent care of my dog, Bonnie. Water, feeding, walks, treats, and companionship. Bonnie looks forward to seeing him! He is trust worthy and a lover of animals.
