All dogs welcome
I've had dogs all my life, two at a time, and have trained and shown them. I can do puppy stages and elder stages, and follow special instructions or restrictions. Dogs have always had a special place in my heart, and got me through good times and bad. We lost our sweet Golden (13yr) in 2021 and Corgi (16yr) this year. I'm not ready to commit to another 16 years just yet, but I cant live without dogs around. I want to open my home to give others a chance to get away, while knowing their fur baby is in the best possible care.

Joni and her family took amazing care of louie. Louie had some accidents and joni was so kind about it. She helped reassure me about how he was doing and his behaviors that might need help at home. I was very thankful for her input and feedback. They took great care of louie as their own. He was very well cared for and loved. Would recommend to anyone!
Joni and Bill took excellent care of our dog, and were extremely accommodating with our flight getting delayed coming home. I highly recommend them for any dog sitting needs!
Karou had a fabulous time with the kiddos and nearly caught a bunny or two in the backyard - what more can you ask for? Would definitely have her stay at Joni & Bill’s again!
Joni and her family treated my boys like one of their own! I appreciate the communication with pictures that were sent during their stay. I also appreciate the feedback on issues that popped up during their stay as my oldest was having accidents inside their house. They are the sweetest family! I could tell my boys had a great time over there based on the fact that I was practically dragging them out house when they wanted to stay with their new friends. Thank you!!
Joni and family did such a great job taking care of our pup Nala. Nala looked very loved and happy in all the pictures we received.
Great communication and sent daily pics. Bear looked to be smiling every time!!! Highly recommend

Programa
I work from home most days of the week, and it's very flexible to take mid-day walks. When I do have to go into the office, it's only for a few hours.

We have a decent sized fenced yard. We have a doggy door, so pups can come and go as they want, but I will also monitor letting them out if they don't care for the doggy door. I can accommodate whatever feeding and potty schedule and/or special senior care may be needed. We can do crates or no crates, whatever your preference is. They will have free roam of the house, and can sleep right next to us if they'd like. There are two kids in the house, who have grown up around dogs and understand how to treat them with love and respect. We will likely snuggle on the couch each night reading a book or watching a movie.

They will get SO much love. We'll play with toys, get some fresh air in the yard or on a walk to the park, cuddle, and keep each other company!

- Please let me know if your dog has any special needs or behaviors that I need to account for. I, of course, have a bias towards Corgis and Goldens, but honestly, I will love any dog, no matter the breed/age.
