About me: Recently transplanted to Spokane from Upstate NY. I previous to moving, I converted part of my property to a kennel and boarding facility and watched hundreds of dogs over the past 3 years (2021-2024). Prior to that I served in the U.S Army and began sitting through rover in 2019! Now I’m only looking to take on one dog at a time, I am currently in a town house but take my dog on nature walks daily so we’d love the company! I am a full time student and work part time so please understand that I won’t be with your pet full time, but they will never be alone for more than 2-3hours. Crates are a must for boarding, for various reasons. I work 3PM-1130PM with Thursdays and Fridays off. I work close to home so on work days I come home to care for the dogs during my break. In the mornings we wake up around 6:30, dogs go out, get fed (separately), and then are outside all morning/afternoon during the summer months, with a minimum 2 mi walk. I do watch 2-3 dogs at a time- depending on temperaments/pack feel, please be advised that your pet may not be the sole pet in the home. With that being said I am extremely selective when booking. All dogs.. -must be up to date on Rabies, Canine Distemper, and Bordetella with proof. -are fed separately during stay. -crated during brief periods when no one is home and during feeding times. -dogs under 1 year old are crated at night. -get along with other dogs. No aggression issues. -good with children. If any of these requirements are an issue please continue your search. Ares: I have a large German shepherd, he is extremely playful and well socialized. He is very energetic and too much for some dogs and owners, if this is going to be an issue please don’t try to set up a meet and greet or book.
