Welcome! Thank you for visiting my profile. 🐾 A Little About Me: My name is Jon, and ever since I was small I've had a strong connection to animals, especially dogs. They have always been a constant in my life, allowing me to understand more of how they operate socially. I'm attentive and have many years of experience with dog behavior. I'm always cautious of any unsafe behavior, whether playful or otherwise. I live in a house with a secure, tall gate along the entire perimeter of the property 🏡 — sectioned to accommodate different groups, from small all the way to extra-large dogs — with plenty of shade available. Behavior Assessment 📋 I always ask for a behavior assessment if it's your first time with me, although I can be flexible if it's urgent or last minute. I will still assess your dog at my home at the time of drop-off, slowly introducing them to the pack, starting with my dog Maya 🐕. If it's not a good fit, they can be kept separate, with their own room and outdoor space. I always ask three questions: Does your dog have any allergies? Is your dog up to date on all vaccinations? Does your dog have any medications? If there is anything else you think is important to know before their stay, please share. Other things to mention: resource guarding, escape tendencies, eating strange objects, any previous incidents with other dogs or people, or anything else I should be aware of. Also let us know if your dog has any special dietary requirements. If you have wet food, we have a full fridge available for them. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
