For visits, the first think I asses is safety for myself and your pet. I also make sure I have a firm understanding of your pets needs and as well as any additional instructions you have for me. I have a very calming presence around dogs no matter how much they might bark at first or feel weary - it’s natural for them to react. So I take the time, if needed, to earn your dogs trust by letting them take their time to warm up to me.

Any special needs or anything out of the ordinary I need to know. I do have a 6 year old (sweet sweet girl) pitty mix who gets along with any dog and any person! She’s truly a perfect pup, but keep that in mind if your dog needs to be solo!

Lots of outdoor time, walks and adventures! Also plenty of chill time at night for them to relax! We have plenty of options to fit the lifestyle of any pup

I’ve been around dogs my whole life and have had my own dogs over the past 12 years. My friends would say I’m something of a “dog whisperer” because I connect with them on a deep level. I strive to understand them and make sure they are as happy as they possibly can be. That means understanding what dogs natural tendencies are and what stimulates them then using that information to tailor an amazing experience for that dog. I see them as individuals (as we all should) and I offer them nothing but my respect. I think this gives me a unique approach to caring and loving the animals in my life.

Jon was great way beyond my expectation. Easy to communicate with. I knew when my dogs were in great hands when I dropped them off. The best part of dropping them off was Roxy (Jon’s dog). Probably the coolest dog I’ve ever met.
Jon was very friendly and sent photo updates frequently.
