Hi, I'm John. I've been a professional sitter and boarder for many years, and I love Rover for helping me meet so many wonderful dogs. I still get excited for every new pup I meet. I have my own little guy, Georgie, who loves to make new friends. I'm experienced and comfortable with dogs of all ages, including seniors with medical care needs or disabilities.

Our small dog has had multiple stays with John. We are not in the area but he is a detour off a route we travel and his care is worth the detour. His flexibility is appreciated. We get daily photos and videos of our little dog having a ball with Georgie and a variety of other visiting dogs - and he is wiped out at pickup time
John took great care of our dog for a second time. He is very thoughtful and professional in setting up the stay in advance and kept us up to date with great photos of our dog enjoying walks and the company of the other canine guests..
John always takes good care our our pup while we are away. Daily pupdates with plenty of photos so we know hes doing well. Thanks John
John was great with our anxious dog and gave her lots of space to get comfortable. By the end, she was interacting and playing with the other dog guests. I look forward to using his services in the future.

Your pet's safety is my top priority. Dogs staying with me will be staying in a quiet home where they'll be given close attention throughout the day. There's a large, partially-fenced yard your dog can enjoy while leashed. Dogs are never left outside unsupervised. I have my own young dog who is extremely friendly and loves to play, but there's plenty of room for dogs that prefer their own space. I'm not out often and constant care service is available if your pet needs 24/7 care. If I'm out dogs will be separated as needed. I don't host more than 3 dogs at a time, so your dog will always get plenty of individual attention. In addition to the Rover Guarantee, I am privately insured for pet care. Boarding clients must be up to date on vaccinations and be able to provide proof.

Any medical or Special dietary needs? Allergies? Are they crate trained and if so will you be bringing the crate? Do they have any resource guarding or other aggression issues? Have they been boarded before? Do they have any separation anxiety? Are they fully vaccinated for boarding?
A typical day
Dogs will be walked multiple times a day and get frequent potty breaks. I like to give dogs lots of playtime, either in the yard or indoors. On nicer days we may go for a hike down by the CT river. Georgie loves all types of play with other dogs. I have plenty of toys but you're welcome to bring your dog's favorites. Dogs are allowed on furniture and in bed.

I work from home and don't go out often during the day, so your pup will get plenty of close attention. I'm open for boarding and daycare almost every day!
