Pet care experience
I have had pets all of my life and also used to do wildlife rehabilitation. I started working in veterinary clinics at 16 cleaning kennels and quickly moved into becoming a tech and also have emergency veterinary experience. I have 2 well behaved dogs of my own and they are my world so I understand the need to be able to fully trust the person caring for your pet.

First sitting with Joey turned into a vacation for my Dasher. Joey communicated often, and in all the pictures sent on walks and the playtime between Dash and Kiba, Joey’s pup…Dash was happy and well taken care of. I’ll definitely be asking Joey to watch Dash in the future.
Kept my pup safe and happy. Wish they gave a few more pictures and general checkins, but overall my pup came back happy after their time with Joey.
Joey was great. Easy to work with and took good care of Murphy. Murphy came home tired and happy.
Very flexible and gave frequent updates!

My dogs are allowed out doors and indoors but they are primarily indoor dogs. They are seniors and so they are pretty well behaved and calm but they do still have their moments of puppy energy. I meal feed my dogs and give them each a safe amount of space from other dogs to help avoid any aggression issues. They do get to venture outside on their own but for short periods of time only. Then I usually like to join them.

A typical day
Long walks are a daily routine as well as plenty of play time in the very large front and back yards. There is room to throw the ball and play fetch. There is absolutely no need for a dog park around here!!

Availability
I am available every day at all hours as I am currently in school but it is entirely online, so I am more than flexible. I have 5 acres that is fenced in with plenty of grass and for the dogs to play and relax in, as well as trees throughout so they can catch some shade if they don’t feel like relaxing on the air conditioned back porch.
