Hello! I grew up with many dogs and have raised a rescue basset for the past 14 years. She was the light of my life, but, unfortunately, crossed the rainbow bridge recently. Even though I’m not quite ready to rescue another pupper, I am sure ready to show yours some love and care!

Our family truly felt that Joe was the perfect match for our Great Dane, Luna. He took the time to give extra dog toys and chews to entertain her. He chose the preferred times to walk her in the Florida summer heat. Joe is very trustworthy.
Joe is absolutely fantastic. We left our 7 year old rescue with him who can be tricky sometimes & Joe knew exactly how to handle him. Ace was happy and stress free which actually gave us a chance to relax on our trip. Highly recommend Joe!
Joe was an absolute life saver for us! He watched both our dogs while we were away at our wedding and not once was I anxious or worried about them being away! He provided so many photos/videos and updates of our girls having the best weekend with him, will be calling him again for any future stays needed for sure
Joe was flexible, great at communicating, and sent lots of updates while we were away.
Joe was amazing with Charlie! She was immediately comfortable with him and loved her time soaking up the sun. I got great updates and pictures throughout the day and she was smiling every time. We would definitely go back to Joe for any future out of town trips.
Joe took wonderful care of my baby girl. Took her for lots of walks and gave the cuddles she needed to feel right at home. I will surely rebook in the future

Schedule
I work full time but AT HOME! :) Because of this, your pet will be supervised and shown attention at least 95% of the time. I typically expect to go on walks at least 3 times a day, but I am certainly open to requests.

Safety, trust & environment
Your pet will be the only pet present, so 100% attention will be shown. I live on the third floor in a spacious apartment with a large patio over looking the water which your pet will have access to. There are multiple dog beds set up throughout the space and I have a basket full of toys! Walking will include a trail along the water outside my building as well as potential to walk the Courtney Campbell causeway depending on circumstances.
A typical day
Beside the usual walks along the trail and sea wall in my neighborhood, I also provide a basket full of toys and a playful disposition. There is a nature reserve within a 5 minute drive that I also frequent with the pups. Lots of smells, nature, and rarely visited by others.
