I quit my day job in June 2021 and have been doing strictly petsitting ever since. I am working toward finding my own path in the pet care industry, as well as building up for major traveling adventures. Until then, I look forward to continuing to do this work, as it is very rewarding, and fulfilling.

I would like to know the behavior of the dog currently, its current needs and requirements, if any. I have no breed preference and love big dogs especially.
A typical day
I am typically walking around neighborhoods, or going to dog parks, or even just dog-friendly parks. We play with toys, do training exercises if applicable, lots of snuggles too!

Pet care experience
Allow me to love on your pups and kitties (or other critters!) to fill the creature quotas in my life, as well as work with you on what will be most effective in caring for them. Cuddles and positive reinforcement are very important to me. Since 2013 I have had the pleasure of being professionally involved in caring for several animals and reptiles (some with special needs). I began nannying and housekeeping for a wonderful family in Seattle, and my duties included the regular care of two high energy pups, and one had special needs toward the last year of her life, requiring daily medications. When that family stopped needing full-time care, I began working for a local company as a dog walker and sitter. I have since worked with dozens of families both on and off of this company, so please reach out with any questions or concerns about the care of your furry friends.

Jocelyn provided excellent care for my dog Jester while we were away. Jocelyn is professional, kind and a natural with animals. She went above and beyond providing daily check ins with photos of their walks, play time, and cuddles. Jester came home so happy and sleepy from all of the love and playing all weekend. Highly recommend Jocelyn!
Jocelyn was wonderful and we are so happy we found her! This was the longest trip we have taken in a while and it was so nice to be worry free and know our dog and cat were being well cared for. She took the time to really get to know their personalities and what they needed. She was communicative and sent cute pictures every day. She also left the house cleaner and more organized than when we had left. Jocelyn was superb!
Jocelyn was amazing! She sent the cutest pictures of our pups everyday with a recap of the day. Our house was just as clean when we got home as when we left. Our pups are exhausted because she played with them so much and they weren’t super excited to see us when we got home…meaning that they loved her!! We will definitely use her again! Highly recommend!
Jocelyn took care of our puppies and our home for 2 weeks while we were finally able to go on our postponed Honeymoon from 2020. We have never them for that long and it was hard! Jocelyn was wonderful! We have two large dogs a Great Dane puppy and a deaf high energy Pit/Catahoula mix. She walked them, played fetch and took really great care of them. She gave daily updates and took some of the best photos we have of the two of them! I’ll be framing some of her pictures! My home was cleaner than when I left! She cleaned the puppy slobber off of our windows, cleaned the kitchen and floors of all the dog hair, and washed the puppy blankets! One of the puppies even had a dietary indiscretion and had an accident in his crate and she cleaned it up, bathed him, and took extra special care of both of our dogs. Gave us such peace of mind knowing someone who is an animal lover is home with our puppies while we are gone! Thank you Jocelyn!!!
