Joanne stayed with our cats, Charlie and Bear, for a week while we were traveling in Europe, and we couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. She was incredibly attentive and sent thoughtful daily updates with photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were out of the country. She was wonderful about communicating, asking questions when needed, and making sure both cats received the individual care and attention they needed. She was especially patient and caring while helping our newer cat continue to adjust, and it was clear she truly took the time to understand their personalities and make them feel comfortable. When we came home, our place was in excellent condition and our cats were clearly happy and well cared for. We’re so grateful for the love and attention she gave them and would absolutely book Joanne again. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, thoughtful, and caring sitter!

We couldn’t have asked for a better cat sitter than Joanne. Just a week before our vacation, one of our cats became sick and needed oral antibiotics, which added a lot of stress to our travel plans. Joanne was absolutely wonderful with both of our cats and administered the medication like a pro. It was clear from the start that she is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and comfortable with cats. Throughout our trip, Joanne was extremely communicative and sent plenty of updates and photos, which gave us tremendous peace of mind. Knowing our cats were receiving such attentive, loving care made it so much easier to relax and enjoy our vacation. We came home to two happy, well-cared-for cats and are so grateful for everything Joanne did. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, compassionate, and truly exceptional cat sitter.

Joanne was fantastic again! She is so sweet and wonderful with my pups- I always feel good about leaving them in her care when I am away. She is very detailed and gets all their routines, feeding needs and anxiety issues down. She also sent so many nice check in pictures- I love that! Thank you Joanne! Highly recommend.
