Pet care experience
Hello! I started boarding for Rover when I was at Northeastern University and met so many amazing pups and owners! It's so fun to have a companion to bring with you on outings, swimming, and hiking. I honestly think joining Rover is one of the best decisions I've made! In June 2020 I finally adopted a puppy of my own, Rhubarb! She's very friendly and loves playing with other dogs and cats. I'm excited to be offering pet care services again, and think that Rhubarb will be a great companion to any pet who might stay with us. I’m also happy to take plenty of pictures so you can know that your pet is happy and healthy while you're away. Feel free to read my reviews to learn a little more about my experience and style. I felt very confident about my dog's stay with Joanna after the meet and greet. And indeed, she had a great time, had plenty of walks and became friends with the cute resident pup. Communication was easy. Will definitely return!

Joanna is a great dog sitter and her doggo buddy Rhubarb is very friendly. Our dog is usually apprehensive when meeting other dogs but when we approached her tail wagged and we knew they'd get along very well. We've had several great experiences working with Joanna and you should definitely consider hiring her for the peace of mind that your pet is having a comfortable stay while you are away.

My boyfriend and I have a spacious apartment with plenty of green space outside. We consider dogs members of our family so we allow them on furniture and give them plenty of attention.

A typical day
We go for walks around the neighborhood several times a day, and have endless toys and treats to share. My dog is small but very playful with all sizes, so they're sure to tucker each other out.

I work full-time out of the home so they would have to be comfortable staying home alone with my dog for up to 8 hrs if the stay included weekdays.
