Jess is incredible! Really cares for animals and got my cat to love her within SECONDS! No joke-- they were even napping together. Jess is amazing with dogs and uses positive reinforcement only, no matter the situation. 100/10 for sure! Plus she takes great pet pictures.

Jess has been such an amazing sitter for my little puppy Lexi. My little girl can be a bit much, but the time and effort she has put into understanding the specific kind of care she needs has been wonderful. She used to be anxious whenever I left, but slowly she has gotten more comfortable with me being gone. And all the credit goes to Jess. She puts in the work. She has always been a very clear and effective communicator with me. Jess lets me know beforehand what's going to happen in regard to Lexi's care and wellbeing. She's always interested in helping and has a truly empathetic grace about her. She is the type to get on Lexi's level and play games and act silly with her. Lexi has a specific diet that must be adhered to for health reasons and Jess is so meticulous with her feeding. I feel like she has become a second parent to my little pup. I think anyone who may have reservations about leaving their dog to a sitter should please consider trying her out. She has a calm demeanor that will quickly put you and your pet at ease. I would absolutely recommend her to my dog owner friends and anyone else who is looking for this kind of service.

I’ve known Jess for a little while now and you could not find a sweeter or kinder person to entrust your furbaby with! My dogs are getting to that age where they require a bit of extra care and Jess is always so attentive and thorough with their special needs. She is calm, thoughtful and an incredibly easy person to talk to. The best thing is that she takes the time to understand our needs, which helps me to feel so safe and at ease leaving them in her care.
