Jessica, Thank you so much. I really appreciate your time and effort to help take care of my cats.

Our first time using rover and I could not have picked a better or more communicative sitter. Jessica had an unfortunate interaction with my dog. He was frightened and unexpectedly aggressive and bit her while she was harnessing him to go potty. Im mortified that this happened, and hope this doesn't affect her ability to trust other pups. She was great at giving immediate feedback, messaging my emergency contact (because i was out of range of service). Her communication let me know how to prevent an accident in the future. Service was very thorough and appreciated.

Jessica has that special way with animals. She has since she was three years old. Horses, dogs, any animal seems to be drawn to her because of her gentle kind way. She has owned dogs and horses the majority of her 28 years of life and, she has such a big heart for homeless and rescue animals especially. She rescued a dog several years ago that was found on the side of the road in a plastic bag. He has become her soulmate in many ways. She has cared for him and loved him and given him the very best home possible. She just has a natural ability and love for animals and the animals know it!
