Pet care experience
I've had dogs for most of my life. In this time, I've owned a Great Dane mix, a German Shepard/Border Collie mix, and three lovely Cockapoos. I'm comfortable with dogs of all sizes and ages. My experience also includes pet-sitting and caring for cats, horses, birds, rabbits, and on one occasion, a tortoise! I have a few years of experience with senior dogs of all sizes, from a Boston Terrier to a Great Dane/Labrador mix. I also have some experience working with dogs with disabilities, however, I'm still very new to this. I'm always willing to learn more if your pet needs specific care. Whatever your pet may be and whatever they may need, I'm more than happy to provide it.

As always, Jessica never ceases to amaze us! She takes fantastic care of not only our pup, but our house as well. We are so comfortable with Rigi being in her care when we travel. Jessica was fabulous! so sweet and took many pics. i just moved to nyc and my cats have had a hard time adjusting but they took to Jessica so quickly. I would highly recommend her for any pet needs!
Jessica was great! She took care of our dog and our cat over night. She was very sweet, knowledgeable and trustworthy. She also went on two walks with the dog and fed both of the pets. Jessica sent pictures constantly and updates without my request, which I appreciate it. I would recommend her to others and would book her again in the future.

If you need someone to dog- or cat-sit at your home, I'll gladly work with you to establish a schedule and review any concerns before you leave. I also always require at least one meeting with yourself and your furry family member so that we can properly meet and confirm it's a good fit for everyone. I strongly prefer sitting and checking in on pets in their own home. This way, you can decide what environment they're in, and you have more control of that environment. I find it's much more comfortable for everyone involved. If you have a pet camera and intend to monitor it, please let me know in advance. I'm more than understanding of wanting to keep an eye on your pet and your home; I also want to be aware if I'm being filmed.

Has your pet been ill or injured within the last few weeks? If so, can you describe the illness or injury so I can keep an eye out for any concerning signs? Do they have any history of attacking? If so, can you please provide more details around what happened? If we're walking, how does your pet handle other dogs and humans? Do they need space, or are they friendly?
A typical day
I'm happy to walk your puppy around the neighborhood, a local park, or wherever you two generally prefer to go. If there's any specific activity that your dog or cat likes to engage in, let me know! I've watched some pets that love to loaf around, and I've watched others that want to go on hour-long walks each day, and many in between. Let me know your pet's preferred activity and energy level, and we can make it happen.

Availability
I have a full-time job, but I work from home. I have free time throughout most of the day Monday through Friday, and I'm typically available every weekend. I take on a maximum of two (2) bookings per day to provide your furry family member(s) with the attention and dedication they deserve. I never have two pet clients together at the same time for safety's sake.
