I only need to know if the animals have any behavioral issues, health issues, or trust issues before I take care of them. I really enjoy meeting the animals beforehand with someone present as I've learned that helps the animal to feel more comfortable around me for long term stays.
A typical day
I adore playing with animals and seeing their excitement chasing a ball, tug of war, swatting at strings, and light wrestling if the dog likes it. I love bringing dogs out for walks so they can explore the world and get their sniffs in.

Pet care experience
I have two amazing cats currently and grew up with dogs and cats. I have pet sat for my own animals growing up as well as family members. Last year is when I began pet sitting for my neighbor and recently I have done two four day stays with a dog and two cats. I loved spending time with their dog as I can't have one of my own at the apartment that I currently live at. I also love playing with cats, and of course snuggling both kinds of animals (it's the best thing in the world). I currently do college online and am an aspiring small business owner of crochet goods, both of these things I can do from anywhere so longer in home stays are not a problem.

Jessica did a great job. Fed our dogs and played outside with them. Everything went well.
Jessica has taken care of our dog and cats several times and she always does a great job. They are always happy and healthy when we return. Not only are meals and dog walks regular and on time but the extras, like cuddles, means our dog doesn’t have separation anxiety while we are gone. She’s a courteous house sitter and often does extra stuff, like shoveling a snowy walk. Highly recommend.
