Go for walks. Play outside. Get fresh air on the deck. Play in the yard with my daughters. Go for car rides if they enjoy that.

I have had pet since the day I was born. When I had my girls we got a puppy who was 8 weeks old and has since past away I’m March 2022 at the age of 10. We have 3 cats.
