Im at home 5 days a week and have flexibility for 7 days we enjoy lunchtime trots and do a daily early morning walk. Evenings are for exploring and at weekends i often venture to the beach or woods for a stroll (or squirrel chase in Ralph’s case)

I have one 8 year old lurcher cross who is fully house trained unfortunately he is not cat friendly but great with other dogs. Fully fenced off back garden. Oh and a 15 year old who appears after school and provides strokes and a good play if he’s not being a teenager!

Every dog is different and I’ll always arrange a quick meet before boarding or day care so I can get to know what your dog likes and their routine. I cannot except cats, puppy’s or male dogs that haven’t been neutered. I do have a dog in the house so your pet must be good with other animals, my dog is great with other dogs and loves to play. Can’t wait to meet your dog
A typical day
I am very fortunate to live close to a Heath and playing field. We often venture down the beach and to the forest and various different places for long walks. We have a fenced back garden with grass and lots of toys scattered around. My son (15 yr old) has also grown up with our dog so loves a good game of tug on a toy or fetch down the field with a ball! Your dog will have lots of time to run around, play, explore and lots of attention. Daily we go out for morning walks, lunchtime and evening walks. In the house I’m not precious over the sofas so they can chill either on large dog beds or snuggled in with me on the sofa

I am currently studying canine care behaviour and welfare and I have a very bouncy energetic lurcher for the last 8 + years that I adore looking after, now he’s a little older and slowing down. Having grown up in a household full of pets, cats, dogs, hamsters etc I am a real animal lover and couldn’t imagine a household without a pet in it! I have time and space to look after other dogs be it during the day or over night. I love walking and being out in nature and we’re very fortunate to live close to a local playing field, Heath and woods so have lots of places to go for muddy walks or ball throws down the field! I have a fenced back garden which is fully enclosed and a large open plan dinner and lounge with lots of room.

We had unfortunately to go to a funeral and needed a dog sitter at short notice. Our 1 year old boisterous cockapoo Loki was well looked after by Jess. Never having left Loki before we were concerned but after meeting Jess she assured us he would be fine. Which he was. Can highly recommend Jess and will be using her services soon. Thank you Jess for caring for Loki and taking some stress off us at a particular moment of time. Jim & Julie
Jess was great looking after my lurcher. Took him on plenty of walks and let him get comfortable at her home. Will definitely be contacting Jess in the future.
My dog was really happy with Jess. She send me a lot of pictures and updates so I was not worried about my little one🥰
Penny had such a fantastic holiday with Jess - definitely more relaxed than when she’s home with a house full of young kids! Will be booking in again! Thanks for taking such good care of her and keeping us updated x
