Pet care experience
Growing up, dogs were an essential part of my family life. As a child, I eagerly looked forward to coming home from school to spend time with our Jack Russell Terrier, Lucky. I personally trained him in basic manners and tricks and made sure he got plenty of exercise. The energy and enthusiasm of a JRT sparked my lifelong love for caring for dogs of all kinds. Over the years, I began helping friends and family by walking and watching their pets whenever they needed an extra hand. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of caring for dogs ranging from tiny Chihuahua puppies to full-grown Irish Wolfhounds. My passion for animals is evident in the trust and lasting bonds I build with every four-legged friend in my care.

Jennifer was a lifesaver for my little Yorkie family! We went fly fishing at the Green River and needed drop in visits to our 5th wheel!!!! She walked them twice daily, ensuring they got plenty of exercise, and sent me pictures so I knew they were happy and safe. We came home to very happy dogs which is a testament to her attentive care. Jennifer reliability, genuine love for animals, and excellent communication made us feel completely confident leaving our dogs in her care. We will definitely be booking Jennifer again!!!!

I have hired Jennifer a couple of times to babysit my menagerie while out of town. She is reliable, smart, and a real animal person. She is totally comfortable around animals, including reptiles and birds. Teaching her to take care of my blue-fronted amazon parrot was easy. When I'm gone she takes care of my Parrot, 3snakes, cat and 140+ lb dog. The dog absolutely adores her. I can recommend her without hesitation. My animals all seem totally happy and non-stressed when I return.
When I have to travel without the loves of my life, Bacon (6 year-old Pomeranian) and Cheddar (8 year-old Lab mix), I ONLY trust Jennifer to keep them safe and happy and loving life. I have been limited in mobility for a number of years, and Jennifer can give them the youthful attention they crave. Of course I'll always be their Momma, but those two boys have a twinkle in their eyes and a spring in their step after Jennifer looks after them. And she's great with all their special needs and instructions! I cannot recommend Jennifer highly enough.

A typical day
Dogs primarily experience the world through their sense of smell. During our walks, I make it a point to give them time to explore with all their senses so they can fully engage with their surroundings. I also take the time to learn what types of play each dog enjoys, using those preferences to create meaningful bonding moments and help them feel comfortable and connected with me.
