Pet care experience: With 15 years in the veterinary field as a Certified Vet Tech (Board certified in the state of PA), taking care of animals is my literal profession! I spent 10+ years as a vet tech in small animal medicine and veterinary ophthalmology. Over the past 5 years I moved into teaching veterinary sciences to high school students and absolutely love it. I have done everything from delivering puppies to running anesthesia on paralyzed patients. I miss meeting new patients and pets on a daily basis, and hope to make friends with your critters. As a teacher with summers off, I will provide care for any pets over the warmest season while you're trying to get a getaway vacation! (We also help with breaks in the winter / holiday trips!) Relax with ease knowing your pets are in the best care with veterinary care and knowledge available 24/7. We have a 3 year old yellow Labrador named Haku and a 2 year old Golden Retriever named Peli. Both are fixed and microchipped, and most importantly, friendly. We have 5 charming and inquisitive kitties as well that will keep to themselves when guests are here. :)
