The more I know ahead of time, the safer and more comfortable the experience will be for both your pet and me.
A typical day
Every pet is different, so I tailor activities to their age, energy level, and personality. A typical day may include walks, playtime, fetch, enrichment games, treats (if approved), cuddles, brushing, and plenty of companionship. For senior pets, I focus on gentle exercise, comfort, and maintaining their normal routine. My goal is to keep pets happy, engaged, and feeling safe while their family is away.

I have 27 years of experience in veterinary medicine as a veterinary assistant. I'm comfortable administering oral medications and injections, caring for senior pets, and monitoring pets with special medical needs. Jennifer took excellent care of our dog, cats, and home while we were gone. She kept us updated with messages and pictures the whole time. We felt very comfortable leaving our fur babies in her care.
Jennifer had been so great with our pets. We have multiple large dogs who like a lot of outside play. She made sure they had plenty of ball time and lounge time in the yard with her. The dogs were professionally cuddled to perfection and want to know when she's coming back.
If I could have convinced Jennifer to drive three hours each way just to keep walking my dog after I moved, I absolutely would have. Unfortunately for me, she has reasonable boundaries. Jennifer walked my Great Dane three times a week for over a year, and she was nothing short of amazing. Anyone who can confidently handle a Great Dane already deserves some kind of award, but Jennifer went far beyond that. She was incredibly reliable, trustworthy, and on the rare occasion she needed to cancel, she always communicated well in advance. She also house sat for me while I traveled for work, caring for not only my two dogs but also my three cats. Coming home after a trip, I never had to worry about whether my pets were happy, cared for, or plotting my replacement—they clearly adored her. Bonus points, she actually cleans up after herself!! Jennifer has a genuine gift with animals. My pets didn't just tolerate her… they were genuinely excited to see her. She treated them like family, and it gave me tremendous peace of mind knowing they were in such capable and caring hands. If you're looking for someone dependable, compassionate, and loved by animals of all shapes and sizes, including giant horse-sized dogs disguised as Great Danes, Jennifer is the best. I can't recommend her highly enough.
If you need a pet sitter who is incredibly reliable and detail-oriented, hire Jennifer! She looked after my dog, Theo, and cat, Chenille, and stuck perfectly to their feeding guidelines. She also handled Theo's medication seamlessly, which gave me immense peace of mind while I was away. She treats your animals like her own, and I will definitely be asking her to pet-sit again!
