I have years of experience watching animals of all kinds for family, friends, and neighbors. I grew up with a houseful of animals including dogs, cats, and birds. As an adult I've lived with cats, dogs, rats, fish, and a turtle. Right now we have four cats and a turtle and are looking to adopt a dog. I love animals of every kind and have taken care of many different kinds including dogs, cats, rats, mice, birds (including chickens and ducks), lizards, and snakes. I've also lived with and taken care of pets with varying special needs including insulin injections, rats with malocclusions, and FIV+ cats. I'm also good with dogs that are harder to control and who have a harder time (leash reactive, dog reactive, etc.). Until recently we had a large dog who was very aggressive with other dogs that we were working to be less so. He was doing very well but unfortunately succumbed to cancer before he could be fully rehabilitated.
