Hi! My name is Jeannessa. I am an emergency Veterinary Nurse and I am simultaneously working towards a career in K9 training. I have owned dogs my entire life and I have multiple years of experience caring for pets of all kinds. I previously managed a local daycare, boarding, and Pet Spa facility in Monterey. I am a Certified Dog Trainer, working underneath a local Master Trainer in Marina to obtain my speciality certifications. Ask me about my training services! I am here to provide exceptional care for your pets. I love to go for walks and adventures out in nature, and at night I love to cuddle with dogs. I love dogs of all shapes, sizes, and ages, especially the big, cuddly ones! I have experience working with both geriatric and special needs pets. I have experience in administering oral and injection medications, as well as experience with general health care such as nail trimmings, bathing, and brushing. Jeannessa took care of my two dogs and watched my house for a week. She sent plenty of updates with photos and the dogs looked like they had a great time!
Jeannessa took care of my two dogs with little notice and did an amazing job! She followed up with plenty of pictures, which based on my dogs faces, they had a great time! I would highly recommend her to others.
Jeannessa went above and beyond what we expected. She left our home cleaner than when we went on vacation and she took our dog on social pack walks and to an agility course which our dog enjoyed and from the pictures looks stimulated and engaged. Great communication and updates with pictures and video.
Jeannessa made me feel comfortable leaving my pets in her care. Hope to be able to have her sit them again.

While I am caring for your pet, I will provide consistent supervision and affection. I also am extremely diligent when it comes to the safety of your pet outside your home. If I transport your pet in my car, they will be secured with a harness attached to a pet seat belt or in a size-appropriate crate.

A typical day
I love driving to trails for long hikes as well as walks around the neighborhood. Fetch is one of my favorite dog activities! We will spend tons of time playing and having fun. I enjoy one-on-one socialization and playtime, and will never expose your pets to potential harm.

Availability
I am currently a student and employed, but home frequently. If I am not home, my roommate (also a veterinary nurse) usually is, and I am never gone for more than 4 hours at a time.
