Availability
I work during the week but am able to take breaks for pet potty breaks and to feed them. I've house and pet sat for two clients taking the pets with me if needed. Weekends are usually pretty open for me and I'm able to stay with the pets all day.

If a pet is crate trained I'm ok letting them free roam and sleep in my bed. If they are not crate trained letting them out routinely to avoid messes would be a must.

Pet care experience
I grew up with dogs small to large and learned to take care of them like they were family. If you take care of pets they will take care of you. I also had a one year volunteering experience at an Animal Shelter in Florida managing the cat house. Cats of all shapes, sizes and conditions lived there waiting to be adopted.
