Hi there! My name is Janou, 29 and from Luxembourg originally who has been obsessed with dogs all her life. Unfortunately, my own dog - a husky shepherd mix named Fiona - passed away in March 2023 aged 14 and life has not been the same since. I used to be Fiona's dog sitter for a few years until, in March 2020, was asked by her previous owners to adopt her as they could see how much I loved and cared for her. She quickly became my best friend and was by my side at all times and I know I gave her an amazing final three years of her life. Evidently, this left a big hole in my heart and I've been craving dog company ever since so I would love love love to look after your pup every once in a while! I have experience looking after different dogs, and everyone I know can vouch for how much I care for them! I work from home the majority of time with Elder Park right next to my flat, so will be able to keep your pup company all throughout the day. Please let me know if any questions!

Janou took such wonderful care of my dog, Ara. From the very beginning she was kind, calm, and incredibly attentive. Ara absolutely loved being with her, which gave me so much peace of mind. It’s clear that Janou genuinely cares about the dogs she looks after and treats them as if they were her own. She kept me updated, was reliable and responsible, and created a safe, loving environment for Ara. I could see how comfortable and happy Ara was in her care. I would wholeheartedly recommend Janou to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and professional pet sitter. She is truly special with dogs.
Janou is amazing with animals! She is responsible and reliable, and will always put your dog's welfare first. She was previously an owner of a very happy dog (which I got the pleasure to look after a few times!) so she understands the importance and time needed to look after a dog's physical and emotional wellbeing - providing enough snacks and silliness without going overboard (for both dogs and owners)! I've grown up with animals various and if I had one now I'd definitely be getting Janou to look after them, so I'd highly recommend her to look after your dog:)
Janou is a great pet carer! One of the few people I trust with my crazy dog. I loved her old dog fiona lots, shes super loving with the pets she cares for and has an affinity to animals. Shes great!

Harmonogram
I work remotely full-time during the week so your best pal would never be alone for very long periods of time. At lunchtime, I can take your dog to the nearby Elder Park for a walk and play. I really enjoy being out and about and have access to my own car so if your dog is up for it, I'd happily take them on longer walks/hikes if the weather allows.
