I had an extremely stressful and disappointing experience with this sitter. After booking her through Rover, I returned home early from my trip and found myself locked out of my apartment because she had taken the key with her and failed to return it. My apartment complex couldn’t assist, and I was forced to pay $350 for an emergency locksmith to break the lock and get back in. When I contacted her to retrieve the key, she told me she was out of town—despite having marked herself as available that day. I would not have booked her had I known she wouldn’t be local. Even more concerning, she refused to return the key upon request and kept it for several days without my permission. I never consented to giving her ongoing access to my home, and her actions created a major breach of safety and trust. She has since refused to take responsibility, declined to refund the booking, and would not reimburse me for the locksmith charges—despite being clearly at fault. This experience was not only inconvenient, but deeply unprofessional and disrespectful of boundaries. I’ve reported the incident to Rover Support and sincerely hope they take action. I do not recommend this sitter to anyone.

Very quick response when I needed a last minute drop in for my Dallas :) Awesome...and the pictures showed me that Dallas enjoyed the drop in visit.
