I work from home mostly so I am pretty flexible and available on weekends! I can take lunch breaks to walk dogs or check on other pets without a problem. I will always communicate with you if my schedule changes for any reason and work with you to make sure I get to your loved one as soon as possible!

I just recently moved to folly beach so I am able to keep only small dogs in my house, and take them for long walks on the beach or around the neighborhoods. If staying at your home, I try to keep things as normal as possible for the animal(s). I try to keep their schedule the same as yours and play with them and give them tons of love and attention.

A typical day
I love to take dogs to the beach or the dog park, whatever you would normally do with your dog I am open to :) just want to make their stay with me as fun and stress-free as possible. If they like to play fetch or play with other toys I will do that on a regular basis. I also love to cuddle with any pet who wants to!

Hello! I am a marine scientist who is lucky enough to work from home. I have a deep love for all animals. I enjoy making dogs happy by taking them out for long walks or jogs and taking them to the dog park (with your permission). I will give your dog or cat all the attention and love it wants/needs. I would never be satisfied with allowing a pet to be unhappy for any reason - I truly care for and treat them exactly how I’d want my pets to be treated, and I update you daily and express any concerns that may come up. I am open to any special treatment your furry baby may need- I am patient and kind, and have even had to take client’s pets to the emergency vet in the past when unexpected illness arose. I have experience giving some difficult cats pill medications, and experience getting blind and deaf dogs to eat when they haven’t eaten in days. Please don’t ever hesitate to contact me whenever you need to hear about your pup or kitty. When your pet is in my care, I treat it as a full-time job. **MY HOUSE SITTING RATES VARY depending on how far you live from my home. Please don’t hesitate to reach out for a custom quote**

Janessy was wonderful with my senior Chihuahua. She kept him in her home for me while I was out of town and sent me picture updates of how he was doing. I would definitely recommend her. She is a true animal lover, and I would use her services again in the future.

Janessy took awesome care of my dog while I was traveling for the holidays! It can be sad not being able to spend the holidays with your pets but I felt better knowing Axel was in great hands with Janessy!
Janessy came on short notice when our usual pet sitter canceled the day before our trip. She sent photos and messages to let us know that our senior dog was happy.
