With advance notice, I am available to board or take daytime dogs any day except Wednesdays. I can stop by for potty breaks at regular intervals throughout the day on weekdays.

I allow dogs to warm up to me first and take a gentle approach to getting to know them. I practice positive reinforcement and patience with all dogs and can cater walks to the dog's personality (avoid other dogs, quieter streets, etc.)

The biggest one is to know how your dog does around other dogs and kids in case we encounter any on our walks. My household is dog and child free, so we'll be just fine while at home. Please also share if your dog is house trained so I can coordinate the potty break schedules as well.
A typical day
A day with me is a day of balanced activity and relaxation! I like to start the day with a lengthy walk around my neighborhood and through golden gate park. I allow dogs to set the pace since some like to stop and smell the roses and others like to keep it moving! Post-walk relaxation is essential under my care. The dogs I've boarded love to get a little afternoon sun in the various sunspots around my house. We'll continue the day with some play-time, a shorter mid afternoon walk and of course lots of cuddles throughout the day!

Pet care experience
On top of growing up with dogs throughout all of my childhood, I've been volunteering at pet shelters for most of my adult (and teen) life as well! Today, I am an active foster dog volunteer for the SF animal shelter and I'm excited to bring more dog love into my life via Rover as well! My specialty is small to medium sized dogs and I only take 1 dog at a time so the lucky guest will get the full VIP treatment and attention at my home! I absolutely adore dogs and cannot wait to meet your furry friends!
