I’m a catinaflat founder sitter, living in west London, but love to travel.
I work as a screenwriter and started sitting cats and homes for friends over 13 years ago, but grew up with cats hopping over my cradle. I’m sure they think I'm one of them although right now I’m sadly cat less. My last cat Maude, (Maudelicious) was a little tortie with a big personality. However, my sister whom I live with now, is allergic and asthmatic so sadly no cats. Cats are territorial, and need their own home to feel safe, and they love company. They often curl up next to me while I work, for a snooze, and this keeps them from missing you too much. And of course, they have the wisdom of the ages in their lovely eyes.

I find out what your cats preferences are then tailor myself to suit. Cats will behave differently with different people, but they do love company and are distressed if left without their owner or 'pride' ( family) They are territorial and see you and me as 'their world', they can get very insecure and upset when a bit of their world goes away. So, think of me as a cat auntie or surrogate, I've even been called 'Mary Cat Poppins!'

Delightful person, chatty and friendly, we felt very comfortable leaving our beloved Burmese under her care over a week. Comms v good, and she sent daily updates with pics. Would not hesitate to recommend her.
It was very reassuring to go away once again and leave our cat and place in Jane's capable care. Her daily updates were appreciated and we came home to a relaxed cat and tidy home.
Once again we were really happy to have Jane sit for our 2 cats. We can leave knowing they are in good hands and also received daily updates which is always nice. We hope Jane can come sit for the boys again.
As I said to Jane it is so reassuring to go away knowing Tallulah is in such safe and loving hands. This was not Jane’s first visit and hopefully will not be the last.
Jane is excellent and we couldn’t be more grateful to all the times she has helped us out (often last minute) and looked after our Arlo so wonderfully. He loves her and we always come back to happy cat and a clean house. The regular updates and photos make leaving him at home so much less stressful knowing he’s safe and happy. Thank you Jane!
Jane’s second visit and as before, she was on time, kept my place tidy and sent me updates in Tallulah so all was great and I’d defo recommend her to anyone looking for someone to look after their little one/s.

Dates de la garde
I work from home apart from meetings, events and social stuff, rarely out more than 6 hours. This means I'm there for your kitty and they know it, and often curl up next to me. Great for younger cats, elderly and poorly kitties
