Dogs are pure spirits-their energy contagious and for me, one of life’s greatest joys is walking a dog. I have also found great joy in fostering dogs, getting them ready for their forever homes. I enjoy experiencing each dog’s unique personality. Dog sitting which I have done for the past two years is a way for me to get dogs in my life after losing mine to cancer several years ago. I am a dog lover, the dogs know it and love staying with me. I enjoy walking and dogs have convinced me to take them on multiple walks during the day and night! My yard is fenced which allows dogs to play fetch as well as to “guard” the deck from those pesky squirrels. I only take multiple dogs if they are from the same family.

Jan checked in on my kitty while I was out of town for a long weekend. My kitty looked like she had a great time playing with Jan, and Jan took great care of her while I was gone. I would highly recommend Jan! 😊
I highly recommend Jan to watch your loving pets❣️ she is loving and an amazing communicator. I was able to relax and enjoy my time away. My dogs were really happy. Will definitely call upon Jan to Be with Bebe and Choe again🌟🌟
Jan did a great job with Elsie. We are new to Rover and new to leaving our dog for a long weekend. Elsie was well taken care of. She went on at least 2 walks a day and could safely play out in Jan’s backyard. Elsie even had a playdate with another dog!!! Loved the pictures I would receive each day and was comforted to have her send them. I would highly recommend Jan!
Our experience with Jan was great! Our dog can be anxious when not staying at home and it was obvious that Jan did all she could to keep her comfortable. She gave Cocoa multiple walks each day and kept us in the with updates and pictures. This was the first time using Rover to board our dog and we are very happy with the experience.

My job is to keep any dog under my care safe and happy. I double leash dogs when I walk them. I have a fenced yard but I never leave the dogs in the yard alone. I have gates for my kitchen and bathroom. I keep all internal doors closed when I am away. I hand wash my floors and clean all rugs and bedding with each new stay.
