I have worked in dog rescue for 15 years, caring for all types and sizes and personalities of dogs. I have had my own dogs for 35 years. I can take care of all their needs and am happy to administer medications and care tenderly for any older or vulnerable dogs as well as bouncy young and energetic dogs.

We left our Staffordshire bull terrier with Jan for 7 nights recently and she had excellent care. She was a happy girl when we collected her. Jan gave us regular updates on how roxy was during her stay. Jan is a lovely lady and I would 100% recommend her and will without doubt book roxy in with her in the future. I can not express my gratitude to Jan. Roxy is loved so much and we worry about leaving her. But not anymore now that we've found Jan! Thankyou Jan for the bottom of our hearts..xxx
Jan was lovely with our senior dog Penny! You can tell she has a heart for animals and enjoys what she does. We received lots of updates during her stay, so there was never any worry about how she was getting on. It was wonderful to get the chance to travel while knowing that our pup was in great hands!! Jan looked after our miniature poodle so well while we were on holiday, like he was her own. She made sure that his routine was the same as he is used to at home. She stayed in touch with photos, letting us know that he was ok while we were away. We were able to enjoy our holiday knowing he was getting fussed and looked after so well, thank you so much Jan ?
We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Jan was lovely. She kept us updated with messages and videos so we were reassured our dog was settled and happy whilst we were on holiday. She took him for lovely, long walks and you could tell she genuinely cared about his well-being. We would have no hesitation in re-booking with Jan in the future. We can't recommend her highly enough.
Jan took brilliant care of our lurcher and greyhound for a two week home board. She was professional and responsible but also very obviously has a great love for dogs. She kept us updated while we were away and sent us photos. The dogs seemed relaxed and happy with her. We would be happy to leave them with her again!
Luna settled in within a few days and made herself at home. We got up to date message's from Jan letting us know how Luna was doing which made it easier. Thanks again Dee.

Schedule
I work from home part time, so does my husband so we are around most of the day to take care of our canine charges. Dogs staying with us will be part of our daily routine and have plenty of time and attention.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a fenced, quite large garden, ideal for zoomies and play. We have several lovely walks directly from our house. There are no other pets at the house.
A typical day
We have a large secure garden, great for Zoomies. Plus plenty of walks. Fun games and interactive toys and plenty of cuddles! We can give your beloved companion as much or as little stimulation as they need.
