Pet care experience
You could say I’ve been in the pet-sitting game since before it was cool. With 15+ years of experience watching pets for family, friends, and coworkers, I’ve earned the unofficial title of “Neighborhood Pet Whisperer” (self-awarded, but still). I’ve raised two dogs of my own, currently live with one very spoiled pup, two sassy cats, and three energetic kids who have all been thoroughly trained in the art of giving belly rubs and dodging flying toys. Chaos? Maybe. But it’s the joyful, tail-wagging kind. I genuinely love animals—probably more than most humans—and I treat every pet like they’re my own. Whether your dog needs an enthusiastic walking buddy, your cat demands chin scratches on their terms, or they just want someone to vibe with, I’ve got it covered. Basically, if your pet is looking for a fun, safe, and loving staycation (with maybe a few extra treats), I’m your person.

At home, I provide a calm, pet-friendly environment with plenty of space to play, rest, and feel at ease. I supervise all interactions, make sure food and toys are kept safe and separate (if needed), and follow each pet’s routine closely—right down to the preferred potty spot or bedtime snuggle style. I also have a fenced yard for safe outdoor time and only introduce pets slowly and carefully, if at all. When caring for pets in your home, I always respect your space and your pet’s routine. I know how important it is for pets to feel secure in familiar surroundings, and I do everything I can to keep things low-stress and consistent. You can expect updates, photos, and peace of mind knowing your pet is being looked after by someone who truly cares—and who knows how to keep things safe, loving, and fun.

Let me know about their daily routine, favorite activities, any fears or triggers (like loud noises or other animals), and how they do on walks or with new people. I’d also love to know if they have any medical needs, allergies, or take medication, as well as how they usually communicate—every pet has their own way of showing how they feel! The more I know, the more I can make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and right at home while you’re away.
A typical day
A typical day with your pet is all about comfort, fun, and personalized care! I adjust each day to fit your pet’s age, energy level, and personality. For playful pups, we’ll go on walks, play fetch, or enjoy brain games that keep them engaged and happy. For senior dogs, I provide gentle walks, lots of cuddle time, and make sure they’re moving at their own pace with all the comfort they need. Puppies get plenty of playtime, potty breaks, basic training reinforcement, and lots of love as they learn and grow. Cat care is just as important—I make sure they feel safe and relaxed, whether that means quiet companionship, play sessions with toys, or keeping up with their feeding and litter routines. I love sending you photo updates and little notes so you know your pet is happy, safe, and having a great time while you're away!

Availability
As a stay-at-home dad with a flexible schedule, I’m home most of the day—and that means your pet gets plenty of attention, playtime, and cuddles! My wife works full-time, so I’m the one holding down the fort (and handing out treats). Whether your pet needs frequent potty breaks, a midday walk, or just someone to keep them company, I’ve got the time and the heart to give them exactly what they need. I'm available weekdays, weekends, and even on short notice—because life (and pets) don’t always follow a schedule!
