I’ve always loved and owned pets and worked at the kennel of a dear family friend intermittently for years. I’ve been a nurse for over 10 years and am currently taking a bit of a healthcare hiatus. I absolutely love senior pets and have two senior dogs myself. I am comfortable with complex pet medication regimens. I am also a proud aunt to two cats and adore cats as well.

My husband and I live on five acres with who I consider our children (no human children): Sooie, our 10 year old Great Dane and Archie, our 12 year old Great Pyrenees/Golden retriever rescue who joined the pack almost two years ago. We have an XL dog door that goes to a fenced yard. Our pups’ comfort is as important to us as our own so Sooie has her own couch and enjoys sleeping in bed with me every night. Archie has multiple orthopedic pet bed options since his back legs don’t allow him to jump. I consider comfort and contentment a priority for any pet interaction whether it’s a pop in visit, walk around the block, or week long stay💗

Jamie was the BEST with my dog Barbie! She was really good about sending “Pupdates” full of pictures! She made my mom dog guilt go away by just knowing that my Barb was so happy hanging with Jamie. She is the sweetest and has the biggest heart for all the animals. I would highly recommend Jamie to anyone who needs their babies loved on while gone!
I have known Jamie for over a decade, and she has always been a big animal lover. Her kind nature makes her great with any animals, but she is especially great with dogs of all kinds. She has had a Pomeranian, a Bull Terrier, and a Great Dane - all have received a lot of love and been very happy pups under Jamie's care. Jamie recently took care of my dog Truvy while I was at work, and I knew she was in great hands with Jamie. Jamie took Truvy on nice walks, and they played in the park. I especially loved that I got photos of their adventures. Jamie definitely gets two paws up!
Jamie is fantastic with animals. I have two cats, and they just adore Jamie ever since the moment they met her! They have a knack for sensing good people. I've also met Jamie's dogs who are healthy, happy, and playful. She seems to love spending time playing and cuddling with the animals she's around. I have no doubt that, when I have Jamie take care of my cats, they are getting lots of love and attention!
Jamie is fantastic with animals! Her Great Dane is like her child and is treated as well as most people. She also recently adopted a geriatric dog to help him live his best final years. She often pet-sits for family and friends and does a great job! You can easily trust that your fur babies are getting quality care with Jamie.
