I’m calm, patient, and experienced with dogs of all ages and temperaments, including seniors and those needing special medical care. I also work from home with my shift ending at 1:30 PM, which gives me flexibility for overnight stays and multiple check-ins, especially helpful for pets who need extra attention or companionship. I’ve also cared for a variety of farm animals - so whether it’s a shy pup, a senior dog with meds, or a whole animal crew, you can trust they’ll be in experienced, loving hands.

Before watching a pet, I like to know their name, age, breed, daily routine, and any medical needs. I ask about their feeding schedule, exercise habits, and how they usually go to the bathroom. It’s also helpful to know their temperament - how they are with other animals, strangers, or being alone - as well as any quirks, fears, or behavioral issues. I always check if they’re allowed on furniture, where they sleep, and if there are any house rules or emergency contacts I should be aware of.
A typical day
I love keeping pets happy and entertained while their humans are away. Depending on the pet’s personality and energy level, I’ll tailor activities just for them. For dogs, that might include long walks, fetch in the yard, or some puzzle toys to keep their minds busy. For cats, I love interactive play with feather toys, laser pointers, or just cozy cuddle time if that’s their vibe. I also make sure to keep their routines consistent, give lots of attention, and send updates so you know they’re being well cared for!

Availability
I’m available for walks, feedings, check-ins, and other pet care Monday through Friday after 1:30 PM. I work from home, which means I can also stay overnight with your pets when needed, for animals who do best with companionship. I'm fully available all day on Saturdays and Sundays, making weekends great for longer visits, extended stays, or special care routines.
