I work from home or anywhere (very flexible 9-5) in Uptown Kingston, NY. I have a car/bike to get around. Typically on weekends I’m hiking, biking or doing house projects in the morning/afternoons. I don’t travel often because I have a kitten.

Safety & Comfort I own my home and share it with my feisty kitten, Frankie. To keep everyone safe and comfortable, I have an XL crate for larger dogs and puppies at bedtime. It gives Frankie a break from playtime and provides dogs with a calm, secure place to rest. I also use retractable pet gates to separate the upstairs and downstairs when needed. This is especially helpful for senior pets, pets with mobility issues, puppies in training, or dogs who need extra supervision. For cat boarding, I can provide a private guest room for shy cats, or they can roam freely with Frankie if they are social and cat-friendly. Because Frankie is indoor-only, I ask that all pets staying in my home are up to date on vaccinations and flea and tick prevention. Your pet’s health and safety, along with that of all animals in my care, are my top priorities.

For the safety of my kitten, please disclose any aggression or prey-driven behavior. She will instigate and loves to play…whether it’s a Shih Tzu or a Pit Bull. If your dog has never interacted with a cat and behavior is unknown, Frankie can easily be separated in a guest room during their visit.

A Typical Day Since I work from home, your dog will enjoy plenty of companionship throughout the day, whether they’re lounging beside me on the couch or keeping me company while I work. Weather permitting, I often spend time working from my deck, where dogs can safely relax outdoors on a secure 20-foot lead while enjoying fresh air and sunshine. I also like to fit in longer walks during my lunch break for extra exercise if needed. While I don’t have a fenced yard, pets are never left unsupervised outside.

We had a family medical issue and was able to book Jacqueline quickly. Our dogs are both rescues and it matters a great deal to us who we bring into their lives. Jacqueline immediately made us, and our dogs, feel comfortable and within 5 minutes of being with them, our eldest was resting in her lap. Jaqueline sent constant photos and updates and we are very grateful to have found her and will for sure book her again. TY again, Jaqueline. That last note was from the pups!
I will be using Jackie as often as possible. Gave me a ton of updates, pictures, and took excellent care of Layne while knowing that I was nervous about her being away from home. Highly recommend
