I give animals loving attention- lots of petting, play, positive tone. I am happy to feed, give medicine, brush pup as needed. I am both a playful and calm presence for the animals I have cared for. I will be doing a course in dog CPR/First Aid to add to my skill set for this work.

Jacqueline was amazing! She was very attentive to our pups needs and they warmed up to her quickly. She went above and beyond in making sure they were walked, played with, and loved on. She was very communicative and so sweet, and she even cleaned our place up before leaving. We can’t wait to use her again!

Jacqueline is a gentle soul and a healing balm for your pet! Jackie took care of my elderly dog for 3 weeks in my home while I was away on an international trip. I admit, I’m very over-protective of my sweet Sadie girl and wanted someone I could really trust to take good care of her. I had no doubt that Sadie was in good hands with Jackie. She has been a dog parent of an elderly dog herself, so she has the experience I was looking for. She took her on several walks a day and made sure all her needs were met…and most of all gave Sadie comfort and safety with her gentle and loving ways. And whenever she had questions, she made sure to check in with me. Also, my place was spic and span clean when I returned home. Whatever your pet care needs are, you can trust Jackie with your pet - she is loving, responsible, and trustworthy. I wholeheartedly recommend her!
Jackie helped care for our Husky-Shepherd Maggie Blue during the final six months of her life when she was in a serious decline. I can't think of a better person to help us and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for dog walking and/or care! Jackie treated Maggie B like a precious family member from start to finish -- always showing up on time, spending quality time with her, always putting our dog's needs first (e.g. in the final weeks, Jackie volunteered to regularly carry her down a steep flight of stairs to get her some fresh air each day.) She was so supportive and went above and beyond to help our pup in her final days. If we have another dog, she will be the first person we call!

Zeitplan
My schedule is flexible and I am able to walk/check in on pups and cats during the week between 10-1 or after 6. I can sometimes do weekends as well and am open to dog/cat sitting. I can make myself available in and around Orcas Island. Weekend animal sitting can be anywhere in the Puget Sound area.
