Jacqueline has been walking my dog at least once a week for several months now, and she has been absolutely fantastic! I have a large dog with a few quirks that can make her challenging to walk (e.g., reactivity, trying to eat garbage, etc). Because of this, I’ve always been nervous about having someone else handle and walk her. Jacqueline took the time to properly meet my dog, learn about her habits, and understand her needs. Watching Jacqueline interact with her, with such patience, gentleness, and attentiveness, immediately put me at ease. I felt comfortable trusting her with my fur-child right away. Jacqueline walks my pup while I’m at work, and I fully trust her both in my home and with my dog. She is consistently on time and always sends thoughtful updates and photos after their walks. She’s incredibly attentive and in tune with my dog, often reaching out if something seems even slightly off (like an upset tummy or unusual behaviour), which I truly appreciate. As a bit of a helicopter dog mom who is usually nervous with others looking after my dog, Jacqueline has exceeded my expectations. I have zero concerns leaving my dog in her capable hands. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a genuinely kind, dependable, and compassionate person to care for their pets!
